I think anyone who seems to be going out of there way to not contribute or be intentionally confrontaional is a good candidate to be left behind. If someone just gets enjoynent from trolling and confusing us, how much help could they be?

For the record I wasn't necessarily calling out Cassie. I was saying anyone who seems to be more interested in being intentionally difficult and obnoxious rather than contributeing productively should be left behindover quieter people. Cassie is obnoxious but she contibutes more than Jeong for example who says little, nothing of substance and nothing in English even though there is zero reason to not know it in this day and age.

Aldo seems to be bright enough to have a great deal of understanding to what we are saying, but what I would really like is for him to find a way to communicate his opinions on who gets left behind and who he thinks should be leader. I'd never want to underestimate someoneone since I have been underestimated myself, but he needs to prove his value since it seems unavoidable that we must make sacrifices here.

I've spoken up a few times but crowds overwhelm me. It's hard to appear vocal in a large group whrn you are more soft spoken

This is the bottom of my list, no particular order. I frankly totally disagree that "just because we don't like someone they can still contribute. I think the cons outweigh the pros. Sure they may offer up opinions, but if they are just going to fight and argue with us that provides a dangerous distraction to the group and makes everything that much harder. You should never underestimate what a harmonious group can accomplish. Aside from that there are the common untalkative and unhelpful people others have put

Well, you're calling me a bitch right now for one. So you aren't exactly convincing me to place you higher. But most seem to think you're presence has value so why worry? I'm not going to be quiet with my opinions though.

What I think is best for the group is people who aren't going to throw a tantrum when someone has a different opinion.

Fighting is better than people being afraid to speak. I like when people speak their minds, even if it is insults.

Both are harmful but insults cause unnecessary conflict and fighting is an unnecessary distraction, which I view as infinitely more dangerous.
