However, I think I can speak for quite a few people by saying the drink thing is hard to regulate. If you get a non-military crew, odds are the military rules really won't work for the bulk of us. given the civilian crew involved Watts might be within his rights to make an exception. smoking however is strictly prohibited outside of the designated safe smoking room.

How much coin will it take for you to designate this a safe smoking room?
