The young lady seems to be speaking Korean with a curious dialect that I cannot place.

Her facial features assisted me in arriving at this conclusion.

It does seem quite inconvenient to carry on speaking a long dead language, but perhaps it is a matter of pride.

Korean? That's one of the Ancient Earth languages, right?

One would think it be wise of Lindberg and Watts to obtain a crew that can accurately talk to each other, yah?

Correct. Korea was an Asian territory formerly split into two smaller territories, North Korea and South Korea.

They were united in 2025 by the heroic efforts of the glorious leader and historical hero Kim Jong-un.

This concludes today's Ancient History lesson.

dont blame me, Jeong is a member of Watt's civilian crew. speaking of which weren't there only supposed to be 20 members to that crew? i counted 26 individuals including Watts and the baby.

I know Aldo and Rin weren't parts of Watt's plan. If a child and a baby can find themselves on the vessel, then I can imagine 4 other intruders easily finding themselves aboard the ship to Dalia.

perhaps, only Watts knows for sure. all 20 members of my crew are present and accounted for and we had no stowaways.
