Does the ability to "breathe an atmosphere" mean RAMSES can survive this without a suit? I know that would mean I would basically be immune from risk during this phase, but I figure I might as well ask if it means only eight people getting sacrificed. And since they've already brought it up and are wondering.

No. It means he can breathe the atmosphere in a particular place. But the biological components make him vulnerable.

Does a group specific win condition being met end the entire game?

I really love the avenue you've taken with win conditions.

Is re-arming the trap a public event? As in will the rest of the group be told that it is re-armed and who re-armed it?
