Background:
Born in the slums on Ganymede, Takeshi learned to fight from a young age. As an orphan, he has no idea who his parents were but was raised by his grandfather, a master of forgotten martial arts. With a heritage in which fighting runs deep, Takeshi was forced to be a fast learner having to defend himself on the dark slum streets.

When the Ganymede military attacked his slum and mortally wounded his grandfather, Takeshi fought back hard. For this he was arrested and served out part of a prison sentence. Through each experience, he honed his skills and trained more and more as he was forced to adapt to survival each and every day.

He was released from prison after agreeing to military service, but shortly after it began, Takeshi stole a ship and fled to do his own thing. He has become something of a vigilante since this time, taking out evil wherever he sees it. He has also amassed a large bounty on his head.

After delving into journal entries on the corruption of the military forces around Jupiter, he vowed to find proof. With the disappearance of the crew aboard the Dalia, Takeshi has become convinced that something is being covered up by the military forces. Presenting his old "active service" badge and fooling the officer recruiting for the mission, Takeshi has come aboard to try and learn what it may be.
