Kane picked himself up through the dark and hazy air and tried to shut out the infernal whispering. He was feeling bad enough. Walking straight was becoming difficult. On the plus side, it solved the problem of being sober. This was always how he imagined himself going out. He stumbled to the Southern door and pushed it open, weaker than last time. It opened with a click and he fell into the room beyond.

The room was a standard size, with exits to the North and South. The walls were stony. His vision was fading but Kane could make out two slits on the walls with something sticking out of them. A floor tile in the middle of the floor had been pushed in. There were spots of some purple liquid on the floor here and there too...dried up now.

He stumbled across the centre and fell forward, catching himself with his hands. He felt sick and promptly threw up in the corner. As he raised his head from it, he noticed the chalk on the wall. It read:

"23 *"

It is now Phase 38. Phase 38 will end in roughly 24 hours from now.

Ohhhh now I know where I am. The purple is Lee's blood from when he got spear'd. Well everyone is loooooong gone by now so this is probably my final phase due to poison.

I wish I could say it was a fun ride but I feel like I greatly underachieved in this game even with my second chance at life.

That means the room south of 2639* where the locked exit was is the room Origo got attacked by the spiders and Parker re-locked from the other side which is 7342*.

Such a pity I will not be able to tell anybody this discovery. I'm really curious to find out how I got transported all the way to the north eastern part of the labyrinth. I also want to see what is in the north room from 2528* where I just came from but alas my time has run out.

Instead of backtracking here I might as well go to the future (my time) and die there as my end is imminent. My death should at least shoot up my record sales.
