Here's a snapshot of my thought process when Zach died after JJ had just asked "Zach are you and Stargate both mafia lol?" Uh oh!

It was at that point I knew if I made a night kill the following night they'd know there was another mafia and I'd be the prime suspect. So I came up with a plan to not vote and pretend that Mafia were all gone.

The plan is kinda wacky and probably won't work, but people suspect me as mafia already. If there are two kills, I will get lynched. If I do nothing, I can frame it we need to find the sk or the baby to end this. Vern's so strong in personality he might convince them to go for the baby. So, if Vern attacks me tonight, I claim I was attacked. We're at 6 left. 1 kill at night. No mafia left. If I survive the lynch, (5 left) I block Vern and kill in his name the following night. 4 left. I push we lynch Vern in case he is the sk and has been lying. 3 Left. I make my kill at night. 2 left and I make up half the game. What I worry about is Janelle's passive. Maybe she can survive a night kill or a day lynch. TBD. It could upend any plans I have. I also can just get lynched today for ppl thinking it weird I fought so hard yesterday to do Vern. But I gotta be convincing in that it was a vote against Vern not me saving Zach. And wanting to get more info to make the lynch since I wasn't sure who was the last mafia. Plus Vern wanted to do my the whole time, too, and didn't think Zach was the last mafia, at least he said as much.

Unfortunately, everyone wants to lynch Vern, so my frame plan looks like it isn't gonna happen, and that Vern might even quit! I give him a pep talk, do some suck hunting, and fall asleep. I wake up and for some reason Matt and Lamps have locked their votes on Mal. <3 It is now tied and will go to a deadlock if I don't switch off voting for Vern.

Vern was begging me to win the game, it was like a dream come true! I switch my vote after being very on the fence about it to conceal how badly I've wanted this outcome.

Operation frame Vern, get him lynched, and win the game with a kill tomorrow night is a go. He is convincing though, this could all turn on me, but can they let him live and have a chance at a kill tomorrow night? I don't think they can.

Then we all saw today how Vern was talked into hammering himself like a true hero because everyone HAD to lynch him. :love:

I'd like to thank my Mafioso comrades in arms who carried me through this journey and were so helpful and supportive before they died. Nav, our leader! Nofo who was a warrior who got caught out for no reason. Scum slips, no! Bad luck. And of course our two non voters in the beginning who made it easy for me to jump on board and get some townie cred. And no one can forget Timmah getting brutally murdered by Mal with no way to stop it or Zach who almost fooled you all with that Nav info! We had one of the worst starts ever and to come away with a win here is so crazy and amazing. I loved this game so much. Vern, you're a rockstar! As are so many of you guys.

Brian, thanks for everything! I'm gonna be too busy to play in the next game, but you guys won't be getting rid of me that easy. Vern let me into the hen house and I'm here to stay. <3

u had really good reads honestly and had good logical thought process behind them as opposed to some people just OMGUSing and acting like savants

Very impressive, stargate. You are a master manipulator for getting town to roll with a narrative that was mod confirmed debunked. You seriously just ignored it every time it came up and it somehow worked. I've never seen anything like it

Well I’m happy with how I played. I’ve never played such a great game of mafia in my life.
