I thought this would be more fitting than an HOF/HOL this game.
Here are your 2020 "The Office Kind of Mini Mafia" Dundie Awards:
Don't Go in There After Me Award
Awarded to Nav (Kevin Malone.)
Well, you never got started and I know you said you wouldn't have helped town but, I disagree. You could have tied up your lynch D1 and at least had a chance to stay. Your 317 vote/read D1 was good.
*******************************
Moving On Up Award
Awarded to Jamie (Darryl Philbin).
You didn't last long enough to really make an impact but your Lamps vote D1 (which got you killed) and then tracking Lamps N1 were both solid - you may have been a contender if you had lived. Also, the great artwork of Lamps D1 - HOF worthy for sure.
*******************************
Whitest Sneakers Award
Awarded to im317 (Pam Beesly).
You weren't really around but you were defended a lot by Penner. Thanks for playing lol.
*******************************
Redefining Beauty Award
Awarded to Christian (Phyllis Vance).
You were a very strong, loud voice, which is one of the reasons mafia wanted you dead. Specifically it was because you were the first vote on 317 D2 - they just got lucky you had a PR. As you pointed out, it wasn't going to be
that helpful once Mafia Rolecop was dead; although it could have helped to clear a townie near end game.
*******************************
Cutest Redhead In The Office Award
Awarded to Mittens (Erin Hannon).
You didn't get lynched as an inactive D1 - that's a step forward lol. Seriously, I know you were busy - that said, you definitely could have prevented your lynch if you were around.
*******************************
Jim Halpert Award
Awarded to Rodney (the man of the same name).
I gave you a lot of crap (which you didn't know yet) for some of your reads but, you were a very strong advocate for the 317 lynch which really helped town and gave them a lot of info (even if some of that info was squandered later). You were also a very strong, active town voice, which is why Mafia wanted you out.
*******************************
Assistant Manager Award
Awarded to Wikey (Dwight Shrute, promptly thrown into a garbage can).
We couldn't locate Wikey for his award so it was fished out of the garbage and then donated along with the soup from the graveyard.
*******************************
Tight-Ass Award
Awarded to Herm (Angela Martin, subsequently refused).
You were a bit tight with your "good reads" this game lol. You did suspect 317 D1 and then Lamps so good job there. Other than that, you were pretty fooled by Farlig and you followed him onto (or voted with him on) two silly lynches.
*******************************
World's Best Boss Award
Awarded to Penner (Michael Scott).
You were definitely a force on the mafia team. You were active, you were leading lynches - all while avoiding suspicion for a long time. Your tantrum D2 wasn't great, lol. Farlig's early 317 vote was the main reason your team almost pulled off the win. That said, you were also a big part of that reason. If it weren't for you, Herm would have survived, so you are basically responsible for that kill. Since Tony was blocking Farlig that night, your successful push to have Lamps do the kill instead (even though it was because you thought Herm might be JKing Farlig), resulted in Herm dying.
*******************************
Hottest In The Office Award
Awarded to Zersch (Ryan Howard).
Your reads were pretty good and you were a strong voice for town. You also had the best humor by far. You could have been a bit more active, especially the last day when they were killing you, anyway. Other than that, great town performance!
*******************************
Extreme Repulsiveness Award
Awarded to Lamps (Toby Flenderson).
Hey, just kidding lol (it was Toby's award what can I say?). You did a good job and you were a calming influence in the scum board (see D2 lol) and were good about talking through strategy. You weren't really suspected for a while except by a couple of people (who you killed off lol). You didn't
really have anyone on your back until Curtis.
*******************************
Fine Work Award
Awarded to Tony (Stanley Hudson).
As shown in the Night Actions thread, you were often just a step before or a step after scum in protecting/blocking the right person. Jailkeeper is a tricky role and I thought you did a good job. While you never stopped a kill with your block, you did block 317 from learning that Herm was VT which caused scum to kill him unnecessarily.
*******************************
Grace Under Fire Award
Awarded to Primate (Meredith Palmer).
You weren't that active but when you were around you were pretty firm about your reads. At one point, pointing out all three remaining scum in one post (Lamps copied it into the scum forum) and then voting Farlig. You didn't really stick with your Farlig read after Penner/Lamps were lynched and you didn't place a vote on your last day which caused you to be lynched over Gmaj. Maybe this was a good thing with how it turned out, though lol.
*******************************
Spicy Curry Award
Awarded to Curtis (Kelly Kapoor).
You were pretty inactive/scummy most of the game. Your tunneling of Ahoda was silly. You finally came to play on Day 4 or 5. Once you did, you had some very good reads based on scummy posts that others were letting slide by: Penner, Lamps, Farlig. Even though Tony never gave any hints to his actions, I think it was a fair assumption to think he may have tried to block Gmaj. You were also the only one considering Farlig on D7. Either way, I think your last posts of the day possibly helped Gmaj's arguments D8.
*******************************
Show Me The Money Award
Awarded to Farlig (Oscar Martinez).
You were able to slide by as "confirmed town" by many people due to your early vote on 317. While some people (lol) on your team didn't agree, it was a pretty good move given how he ended up getting lynched that day. If people who trusted you as town (like Herm for example) were left alive, you could have won the whole thing.
*******************************
Oh My God You Don't Suck Award
Awarded to Ahoda (Holly Flax).
You spent a lot of the game OMGUS voting Curtis but you had the big moment when you voted correctly in the end to win the game for town! Scum had you marked for a kill a couple of times but never went through with it - to their detriment.
*******************************
Doobie Doobie Pothead Stoner Of The Year Award
Awarded to Gmaj (Andy Bernard).
You played a solid game, constantly scum-hunting. I think sometimes you just come across as scummy although you're very sincere and were trying your best. You were always active, always had theories, never gave up. Your charts made me lol because you went to a lot of trouble to color-code them but they were never really well-received. Your last day was kind of bad-ass, though. I know people in the graveyard called you scummy for coming out with a vote right out of the gate and I get why - but honestly, you were sure of your read and you got it right - and convinced Ahoda. Good job!
