General

--Feel free to role-claim or character claim if you wish. Both characters and roles have been randomized. Have fun with it!

--Do not screenshot, copy/paste or direct quote your role/character (not that it's even possible to quote from a PM). Do not screenshot or direct quote communications with me either from a PM, Private forum, Discord, etc. I don't care if you use exact wording in results, etc. This should cover it.

--Do not edit posts.

--Do not smite me unless you have a very good reason.

--Do not talk/post about the game outside of the game forum unless your role allows you to.

--Do not post in the game threads (or make game-related posts anywhere else on the board) after you die.

--Do not like/dislike posts after you die (outside of opening/ending flavor or liking any of Buffy's jokes - this is fine).

--Play to your win condition even if you don't like your role! Roles are completely randomized and you can still be effective in the game no matter your role.

--Be respectful of other people. No personal attacks. Try to keep game conversations about game.

--DO NOT post after the deadline or after a lynch has been achieved via a hammer. If the thread hasn't been locked, that's no excuse!!!




Game Setup

--Each Day/Night phase will last approximately 24 hours. I may round up/down in order to keep within manageable time frames. I will generally aim for 8pm-9pm start time. All times are Eastern Standard Time!

--Vote to lynch using ##Lynch [Player Name]. If you wish to remove your vote you must ##Unlynch. Unlynching is not required if you are switching your vote, but can be helpful toward an accurate vote count so it's appreciated. You may also choose to ##No Lynch. Feel free to inform me if you feel your vote was not counted correctly.

--Plurality is in effect unless otherwise stated.

--In the event of a tie, the thread will be locked then re-opened after an accurate vote tally is posted. We will then go into "sudden death." The first person to lynch one of the players who are locked in the tie, or the first person to unlynch one of them, will break the tie. (If more than two people are tied for the most votes, this may require more than one person to "lynch" or "unlynch.") If votes are still tied after 30 minutes, the day will result in no lynch and we will move on to the night phase.

--Certain information may not be provided to players with active roles. For example, if your role is impeded by any means, you will not be told "you were role-blocked" or "your action was re-directed to X" etc (these are just examples and not meant to be an indication of the roles in play). You will either be given pertinent information as it relates to your role or you will not receive any information.

--Flavor is flavor. It is meant for fun and not necessarily indicative of roles in play.

--Survivals will be not be announced except to the person who survived.
