What do we think to having a universal rules thread for hosts to use in future? All we'd have to do is identify the common rules used in 90% of games and list them. Would it be worth having? I know I always hate typing out rules before a game. It's a chore and I forget to include a bunch of important stuff. Buffy did it this time thankfully! If we had a thread with a list of standard rules in, a host could just link to that at the beginning of their game. I think it could be a useful thing to have. And in the event that someone wants non-standard rules, they could just state so and write their own.

I personally just copy rules from another game. The only thing i ever care about is i don't require unlynch and I always do OT. And i always figure no character claiming.

Universal rules are good and i agree with if you want different then state it.

I usually go with Sudden Death in a tie situation but we went with no lynch because the game was smaller. That being said, I'm doing it however I want and not by "universal rules" in the future. :P

I usually copy + paste the rules from previous games.

Some say that Primate did terribly, but Primate is not upset about it. As an all american mafia athlete Primate has that special ability to forget the game before and focus on the game at hand so Primate can use his god given talents and superior skills to their full potential.
