Role PM's have been sent, and I have set up the order.

In simple terms:

President rotates through the order each round.
The president nominates a chancellor.
Everyone votes ja(yes) or nein(no) to the presidential candidate and chancellor candidate.

If it passes, then the president draws 3 policy cards from the deck, passes 2 to the chancellor, who then enacts one of them.
If it fails, then the president moves on to the next person and we repeat.

If 3 governments are failed in a row, then the top policy in the deck automatically gets played on the board.

We don't have much to go off of, so my first thought would be Nav, because then if he does something sketchy we can make sure to decline whatever he proposes.

If everyone believed the same, that's a great way to force the hammer every time, which is just unnecessarily time consuming. But you do you I guess.
