Unlike Devineaux, Argent remains calm and levelheaded even when Devineaux chides her for finding clues that he was too stubborn to investigate. The Chief admires her detective work even when Devineaux doesn't. Argent is very soft spoken and serious with her work at A.C.M.E. while Chase Devineaux always tells her that she tells "Dull Facts" and "Boring Things" but Miss Argent remains sharp and focused on duty. But, if pushed, she will assert herself to make her case; such as when Devineaux accused her of being silent partners with Carmen, and her raging at him for not factoring in that V.I.L.E. could be involved.

You are Chase Devineaux, an agent of ACME.

Chase was a French Interpol Inspector from Poitiers, France. After coming face-to-face with the newly infamous Carmen Sandiego, he was quickly recruited to ACME along with his partner Julia Argent. Agent Devineaux is headstrong, arrogant, and sloppy. Despite clear contradictory evidence, he often immediately blames Carmen for the latest crime he is investigating. Despite this, she is quick to try and save him from Coach Brunt and Shadowsan after he is captured.

You are Cookie Booker, the bookkeeper of V.I.L.E.

Role: Booker

Cookie has worked for V.I.L.E. for several years collecting data. Once a year, Cookie would bring an encrypted hard drive to V.I.L.E. by boat, and would upload the data to V.I.L.E.'s servers. This was to make sure data would be transferred in the most secure way possible. Since she was a child, Carmen Sandiego, being the prankster she was, would always throw a water balloon at Cookie and her escort when they landed at V.I.L.E. During one of these pranks, Cookie's escort dropped his cell phone, which Carmen Sandiego pick-pocketed. During Carmen's escape from the island, she stole Cookie's red fedora and matching jacket, which she wore into tricking the guards in order to escape.

Abilities
Booker: You are the only V.I.L.E. operative that saw the heist blueprints before Carmen Sandiego stole them. During one day phase in the game, you may choose a destination and you will remember at which location the artifact is hidden.

You are Countess Cleo, an agent of V.I.L.E.

Countess Cleo is a faculty member of V.I.L.E Academy. She is also a criminal mastermind who teaches students at V.I.L.E. Academy how to act like high-class people, as well as art forgery. Countess Cleo has a superior attitude of herself, unwilling to dirty her hands, and sophistication as a useful tool for manipulation of others in lower classes. In terms of participation, she mostly keeps to herself during faculty meetings, rarely speaking to the others in favor of letting them discuss the matters with each other. Countess desires to be the first to have anything remotely fashionable and is easily envious of others for that reason.

Abilities
Assisted: V.I.L.E. knows you have an assistant among them. If the group decides to send your assistant, they will also send you as well. It will not be announced that you got the opportunity to search for the artifact unless you are voted in yourself as well.

You are Gray A.K.A Crackle, an agent of V.I.L.E.

Gray joined V.I.L.E. after he felt that his job as an electrician was going nowhere. While training at V.I.L.E. Academy, Carmen Sandiego (Black Sheep at the time) looked up to Gray as a big brother figure. However, after the caper in Casablanca, she started to have second thoughts after he almost killed an archaeologist with Dr. Bellum's Sizzle Stick. After Black Sheep left the academy and changed her name to Carmen Sandiego, their friendship dissolved. Some time later, Carmen would meet Crackle again on a train in Poitiers, France bound for Paris where she explained to him her relationship with V.I.L.E. and he revealed V.I.L.E.'s true identity.

You are Coach Brunt, an agent of V.I.L.E.

Coach Brunt is a Professor at V.I.L.E. Academy, and one of the five members of the V.I.L.E. Faculty, who doubles as the Academy's instructors, teaching Combat and Self-Defense. While Carmen was growing up on V.I.L.E. Isle, Coach Brunt was the closest thing she had to a mother figure. Her nickname for Carmen was Lambkins, a reference to Carmen's former code name, "Black Sheep." Carmen suspected that Coach Brunt was the one who found her on the side of the road in Argentina. Coach Brunt was strongly in favor of allowing Carmen to enroll in the Academy at a younger age than those usually admitted. Among The Faculty members, Coach Brunt remained Carmen's staunchest protector and advocate until the latter's departure from V.I.L.E. Isle.
