In this breakout clone, you will be controlling a paddle sending a little ball onto a path of destruction as it breaks apart bricks with a Mayan theme. A feature of this breakout game includes treasure chests where, if hit, can give you a temporary power-up such as a safety chain, extended paddle, extra lives or bonus coins. Survive as long as you can! You will start out with five lives and once depleted, it's game over.

This game will be based on your score, which will still be displayed on the top right when it's game over. This game does not keep track of your scores so be very mindful to screenshot your best as you go. Remember that you can submit multiple times.

You have until Tuesday at 7 PM MST to submit your scores. You can submit scores multiple times. Be mindful that if both competitors send scores earlier than the deadline, results will be immediately posted. I will be out of town this week so all games this round will have an extended deadline. For that reason I will not be granting any additional extensions.
