Having said that I never liked HOL and i really only think there were 2 questionable actions int he game so i dunno if i'll do the HOL side.


Notes -
When i went on vacation i had 20 people. That was a good number for me. 9 mafia in 3 teams, 10 town, 1 third party. Then extra people signed up, and i was at 24 which was fine.
Then my "buddy" Ahoda dropped out and left me at 23 and 1 mafia group was lacking. So Curtis, who had already gotten his role pm as a townie, had to switch to mafia. He was not pleased.

The ratio in the game was 12 mafia 10 town 1 third party. Ahoda told me before the game that "Town has 0% chance to win".



So I created a zeta board the day before i wanted to open, just to test it out.
The next day i went to create the rest and they changed to tapatalk. I had trouble so Josh created his for his group.
Curtis hated it so he created his own.
That's why there are 3 different mafia forums.



In Curtis forum, the day before he died, Herm mentioned there were 3 mafias.
The very next day, when Curtis was alone, he "discovered" there were 3 mafias.
It was validation that Curtis doesn't just ignore my posts, but everyone else's.

I'll add more as i think about it.

Oh, i randomized the game, and then 2 people who shouldn't be on a team together were, so i had to redo it.

So the Curtis obsession is real. 3 people used Watch on him n1. the 4th person Rose almost used watch then changed to voyeur. Using watch might have clued her in to some mafia, but maybe not.

But nothing takes the cake for poor Brian.
He was copped, tracked, blocked, and killed n1. I'm still not sure what he did to deserve that.

HOF:


Nav - I think I enjoyed our interaction outside of the game just as much as watching him play. I also hate that we missed out on his theatrics for day 1 by him not being there at days end. But read were spot on and his break down towards the end were near perfect.

Rose - I thought she'd be in a lot of trouble claiming day 2 but she still survived to the (near) end. Her thread to me was also funny as she actually wondered if she was the only townie. But the reveal video she made really clinches this.

Town - I usually hate HOF because you have to single people out but really the town as a whole did well. After day 1 (and almost day 2) town lynched scum each day. Losing Brian and Jamie night 1 i thought would cripple them but they really rode the two Joats til the end really. I also appreciate the fact that the number were against them for most of the game and they still survived.
I also was very pleased with the activity level.

Primate - Almost forgot him but I think he did the best of blending in as mafia. I don't think people really suspected him or voted him. The mafia killing him seemed very random.

Lamps/Timmah - for caring out their fake claims and making it to the near end. With a little luck they win this.

IM317 - for putting up with my uncertainty



MIDDLE
Curtis - I still will never understand how someone can get outed mafia (right down to their exact role) and still not get lynched. And the first night he blocked instead of killed saved him because Rose and Jackie were onto him.
But the reason he's middle is i think that block on Timmah will haunt him til the end. That and also ignoring Herm about 3 mafias made me laugh.
But i def appreciate the amount of time he puts into things.

Jackie - The reads were good for the most part and she maybe had the most powerful of all the town roles. She used it well. But the reason she gets middle instead of HOF was the tchill kill. with Timmah or Curtis on the board shooting tchill really made no sense. And had Curtis not blocked Timmah (and killed someone himself) then town probably loses.

Maddie - Only because we differ on strategy. My intention for her was that she could catch someone in a fake claim. She came out with the info early though and that kepy her from being targeted. No right/wrong answer here just we on different sides.


HOL
Josh's mafia - After Jamie died n1, there was a submitted action of track Jamie for n2 before they realized he was in fact dead. I was looking forward to writing that up.

Mittens - Was a second away from outing JJ when he mistakenly thought she was a roleblocker. But that's not why he gets this. He asked me for a graveyard and never posted. That's inexcusable.

Tib - Happy with the game but many regrets. Should have given the town some kills. They lynched mafia every day and still almost lost. That can't happen.



Again I do appreciate everyone for playing. And i know i'm leaving some stuff out so i apologize. This was a good first game for me here and i appreciate the patience everyone showed with it.
