I think IM317 may have been trying to frame someone after using up all of that role, though I think it's plausible that he was being truthful. NOT SURE

Alright, here's what's happening.

I am... the hunter in the woods. That's not my item, that's just a dumb nickname I made up for my flavor.

Y'see, before all this shit went down, I was hunting when I discovered something, out there in the woods.

It was a cape. Just sticking out of the ground out there, covered in dirt. I was fascinated. I had no idea what it was or what it could be, but I had nothing else to do, and it seemed useful.

But I couldn't do it alone. So I started bringing folks out to assist me with it. I needed 3, though I decided to be vague on that detail to the first two. I thought they'd be less willing to help if they knew payoff wouldn't be immediate.

On Night 4, I found a grave.


It was Superman.

He was dead as a doornail. Wasn't anything I could do, but I took the cape, and now... I'm gonna use it. Feels fitting to use it now. I owe having it to Jackie and JJ and now they're gone, and I think it's only right to try to right this darkest timeline.

The town had gathered in the square to discuss the night's events, as they do. But the mood today seemed a bit...different.

Like some kind of cross between a soothsayer and a doomsayer, Rose staunchly held firm that everything was about to change.

As Josh took a swing at Badger, she swiftly grabbed his wrist and stayed his hand.

"The day is going to end in a no lynch. There's no point in voting." she said matter-of-factly as she threw his hand down.

"In the end, this day is like a mist. It appears for a while, and then vanishes. All there is to do now is talk about our feelings." she continued.

The town was intrigued, if a bit skeptical.

"What exactly...is going to happen?" Josh asked.

"I found something." Rose replied.

"Out there in them woods, there was a cape, covered in dirt. Ended up being a bonafide gravesite, as it turns out. And to cut a long story short...I believe myself to possess the cape of Superman himself."

Out of nowhere, Rose whipped out a red cape and tossed it over her shoulders. She stood proudly before them with her hands on her hips, and the cape flowing in the breeze.

The town was still unsure if she was lying about all this...or delusional. But damn did she seem confident.

"See you all on the real Day 6." she said finally. And with that, the world turned black.
