Voted for Monsters Inc.

I liked both, but when we used to do residential sales, I worked quite a few weekends in our theater demo room, and we used the scene from Monsters where the monster comes back with the sock on his back, and they bust in to decontaminate him.

The original Toy Story's animation has not held up very well tbh.
