Darkus Black tops the list right now.

There are a bunch of people laying far lower than usual, like Sock, Brian, Wikey, Dyl, Lamps etc. If not for DB looking like obvious scum, I'd try my hand at them. There's not really that much that stands out as overtly scummy right now. I was really suspicious of Christian yesterday, but with Vlady confirming him the way he did, makes me unsure about him. I think I've rationalized a reasonable explanation, but I guess it would be more clear once I get to take a peek under that claim of his.

Ahoda, Vlady and Farlig would be my top town choices, I'd have to work my way down from there.
