I will likely be using the cape this phase, and also posting my vote list but later tonight. I assume by the delay post that it's safe to go out to dinner and sort everything later tonight like 9-10p est) I hope anyway! :P

I'm going to carry your bomb use over to Phase 13, if only because I can't delay the phase and there's no time for people to submit another list now.

Let me know if this is okay, if not I can post for people to cast another vote during Phase 12.

As for the bear, you attempt to remove the patch but it's sewn on. The bear appears to be normal with nothing particularly untoward about it.

That's perfectly fine to use in phase 13, I wasn't sure if I had actions to use next phase or if it all ended with the final part tomorrow.
