I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks this but...mass claiming with 11 people left seems kind of early. I always think it should be done at final 5 or 7 at most because it's endgame strategy imo. The fun of playing is to figure things out in other ways or why not just claim day 1?

I get in this case it may have confused town more than help (but really, it shouldn't have). Mafia already knew Herm/Rose were Masons and had it narrowed down to Samm or Patrick for the last one, so it helped us narrow down the kill targets. Obviously, it wasn't good for mafia to have to make up claims but we knew it would come eventually. I was just surprised at how early this was suggested. I get there's a time for it but when should it be?

I had to look up what was said on the mason forum, I think it was first brought up in the Day 7 thread as a possibility. I think our top suspects were Christian, Samm, Tony and Animal at the time. I could be wrong, but I assume the reason there was a mass claim that early was because everyone was either dead wrong in their suspicions (me) or were all just really confused lol? I think it was a hasty decision that was implemented for whatever reason.

this game was more painful to watch than survivor 22: redemption island.

Mass claim wasn't really that early considering the roles that were dead and the roles that were host confirmed. Plus as masons we had ourselves down as well. From our ends, Kat had claimed, Wikey was Stump, Cash was innocent child, we were masons, so only 5 people were unknowns to us. Us being masons wasn't really a secret worth heavily protecting.

One last possible strategy: If it's getting late and we're about to lose. We need Samm to get on. Basically, we admit we're mafia and we threaten him, saying that if he doesn't side with us, then we kill him tonight, and he doesn't win either. If he sides with us today and lynches town, then we keep him alive during the night and the 3 of us win. It could work but I am not sure Samm will check the board.

This probably would have been one of the BEST ends to a game 100% would have sided w/ you guys, lol.

I did

Night 1: Angi - Scum result
Night 2: drr - Scum result (Therefore concluded she was town)
Night 2: Tricks - I am randomly told he is scum as well....don't know why but figured he was town
Night 3: Wikey - but I died
