I edited an intro into my OP, should give new players a SLIGHT idea of what to be expecting.


I'll post the more official things soon but know this:

You will be part of an odd assortment of characters who have found themselves gathered by Quentin Haus at the request of an unknown entity in order to put the rest the diabolical scheme of Ishanru, a God by his own claim. You have gathered at Spooky Hill, where a secret meeting is taking place among Ishanru's chosen warriors for his coming war. The aim is to stamp out the army before it becomes all powerful. Ishanru's followers are crafty, and will do their best to hide during the day among those who seek to destroy them. At night, however, they may attack the heretics.

Consider me sppoked!

So I don't get to create a character? I guess I can throw away Tim's Mother.

ATTWS IV was very active and ATTWS V had more players and was thus more active then that. someone could do the math to see if ATTWS V was proportionately more active then ATTWS IV i suppose, but i was told there would be no math. nah, I just meant for the new players who didn't know what they signed up for. I totally expected a lot of activity.

ah i misunderstood. yeah i can see how it was more active then new players might expect. honestly i think in such large games we should make the first few(up to say 5) day 36 or 48 hours so people have time to read everything.

idk, i have played with no time limits on the day before and as many as 36 players, with days only ending with a majority decision. it was something i hadn't done before and haven't done in several years, but the games were still fun.

yep. still cant get over the town lynching the non counterclaimed Bumblebee in Transformers mafia. winning the Star Wars mafia as Serial Killer in Training was fun.

it was more painful watching it happen from almost the start. i died very early when i counterclaimed the mafia's role blocker day 1. that has to be the stupidest non anon town i can remember.

Pretty sure that was the second mafia game I ever played. I was pretty awful so you described me. Of course, I'm still pretty bad at mafia so not much has changed.
