GREETINGS!
We've been talking about wanting an FE mafia guide of sorts for awhile now. Something to explain our typical rules and procedures and all that, mostly for beginners. At the time that we were talking about this, we always figured it would just be a pinned thread with brief rules for newbies. I SAY NAW!
I've been wanting to make a mafia wiki for a long time. Paul started one awhile ago but he included EN games, which I don't think we should do, and he also died. And I have to be the root of the wiki so I can edit the main page and stuff, so I can't continue his
SO! I'm gonna start my own pretty soon. It's gonna have a page for each game, stats for every player who has played 5+ games (probably), like every role they've gotten, their alignment ratio, their win/loss ratio, etc. But it'll also have the guides that we talked about. Not just for newbies who want quick references, but for people who plan on hosting too. I think it would be incredibly useful to have a list of somewhat agreed upon order of operations and different weird scenarios that hosts run into. A lot of the time in mafia games that I've already been killed in, the host will IM me with a unique scenario and ask me what they should do, and half the time I have no idea tbh. This may help that. It can also have a small page for terminology shit, like what plurality is, what FOS and WIFOM means, etc
Before I start...I need a name! Paul stole FE Mafia, so I figured I'd just make this thread early and ask for suggestions. It could be something boring like "MafiaFE", but I was thinking we could make it some FE mafia specific inside joke. Like takenote.wikia or mmmbless.wikia
So for now just throw out suggestions if you have any pls! I'm gonna make it soon once we have a name that we like and once I get started, anyone is free/encouraged to help out | |
