The citizens of the town awoke, worried for what they might find this morning. The death of the young boy had shaken the community, and they all felt that that would only be the first of a potential bloodbath.
There was something off about this morning, however. It was hard to place, but eventually they knew hat was wrong.
The Mourning Tribute, now the number one source for information in town, was not delivered. In the distance, the building that housed the presses had smoke billowing out of the building
A single notice was eventually sent out:
The Mourning Tribute
NO PAPER TODAY
Last night, our presses were the victims of sabotage! We at the Mourning Tribute are appalled and hope that the monster responsible for this is swiftly brought to justice.
The Tribute will return tomorrow, better than ever. Unfortunately, all subject matter we planned to publish has been lost.
With no reports of deaths or attacks in the night, the members of the town were forced to do a head count.
Eventually, they realized two people were missing from the square. The bodies of Herm and Boc were discovered a short time later. How they died and what really were remained a mystery.
It is now Day 2! With 29 alive, it will take 15 to reach majority. Plurality is in effect for today.

lol oh. I glanced it over and just thought no one died last night
Wasn't a janitor KC. The rules say that people won't flip at night, only lynches will flip. I'm guessing there's a role that can reveal the alignments/roles of dead players. Tim's role seemed to have something to do with that | |

9. Lynches will always reveal alignment and role of the deceased. This is not guaranteed for any other cause of death.
10. Night survivals will be announced, but the names of who survived will NOT BE. If a player survives an attack, they will be informed that they dodged a bullet. Their attacker will be informed that the kill was carried out and survived. And if someone else was responsible for their death, they will also be informed. The rest will not know who was attacked, just that someone was. |

I dunno if the newspaper being down is a regular thing or wut. Like as long as the paper is being printed, it'll notify us what people flip? That's what it seems to suggest but I'm not sure, could just be flavor | |

Each night, you may visit a dead body. You don't know what will happen if you do, but you feel compelled beyond all reason to. You must chose one each night.
Your current fascination with death serves no purpose but to freak out anyone who may see you, but if the Undertaker is eliminated, you will take over his role. |
Italics were hidden from Tim, his role did nothing for now. The Undertaker likely visits dead players and learns their role/alignment. Undertaker could also be some weird third party role that Rose came up with, sounds Patterson-esque if he's visiting corpses | |

We can assume that one person was a mafia hit. But who? Neither of them had lynch votes on them yesterday. Herm was on Wikey, while Boc didn't vote.
Also, why did Hot Cocoa have a lynch vote from ??? | | |
