I watch a lot of anime as well, I prefer original japanese audio though.
One Piece and Naruto are two animes I currently watch, Naruto is a bit meh at times but One Piece is definitely one awesome rollercoaster of entertainment.
Other animes I watch and recommend are:
Hunter X Hunter
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Attack on Titan
i haven't seen a lot of anime before, but one i can recommend is basilisk (which i think is on netflix! i dunno if there's a dubbed english version though).
basically i love shows, movies, etc where there's a bunch of people and they get eliminated 1 by 1, so this show was right up my alley.
it's been a long time since i've seen it, but the basic premise is that there's 2 rival clans of ninjas who basically play a 10v10 game of kill-the-other-team. whichever clan has people left standing at the end win, but i really don't remember what they're playing for.
each ninja has their own special technique or power or whatever, and i remember really enjoying it.
edit: JK i just looked and don't see it on netflix.

Digimon is having it's 15th anniversary and to celebrate they are making a sequel to the original series! That's right, Digimon Adventures... aka the first season of digimon.
The first season is really nostalgic and awesome for me... I rewatched it with my fiance a few years back and aside from all the dub jokes it still holds up.
While the 3rd season ultimately is my favourite the first two seasons are still pretty great and it's pretty awesome to see the show return to it's roots... I actually can't watch Digimon Fusion, it's too weird (I really haven't given it a chance but it doesn't really seem that appealing to me.)
Some dubs are good... but a lot of these 90s anime are really heavily edited to be child appropriate and to make it more americanized... it's astounding that the digimon dub kept the names (albeit nicknames) and location in Japan. But good lord did they overload it with jokes and puns. Every 5 seconds they're making some lame joke about something going on.
What I hate about most American dubs the most, even beyond the shitty added jokes and puns, is that the same voice cast seems to be reused constantly. Maybe it's just because I used to watch a lot of shitty anime dubs all around the same time during the anime boom then dropped off a lot on watching after that but the used voice actors was always my biggest complaint. And I'm too attention deficit to get much out of subs
