Oh cool. Biggest shows I caught up with last year that I can name offhand are:

Orphan Black
House of Cards
Top of the Lake
Bates Motel S1
The Americans S1
Luther

Currently watching Friends when I get the chance because I have never seen it and it just went up on Netflix.

Is Luther good? I hear it is but I thought the first episode was pretty silly

I doubt you would like it if you didn't enjoy the first episode.

A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart.

Huh. So this topic actually existed. I'm caught up on Constantine and Chicago PD. Deciding whether to start a new show or catch up on Criminal Minds now.

Watching a weird little show called Darknet on Netflix

Quote
The series has been described as being composed of "snippets of people's lives being interrupted by vivid instances of unexpected violence or shocking strangeness" and each episode consists of several interlocking stories.

Zersch you'd probably like this. It reminds me of V/H/S a bit. Doesn't try to be as intensely terrifying as VHS, half the time it's intentionally campy. Pretty good

I watched two or three episodes of this the other week but it had since slipped my mind, I need to finish it. I liked the one with the killer on the loose / guy checking the phone lines.

Been watching a lot of Adventure Time lately. Not sure what it says about me that I'm a (supposed) adult enthusiastically watching a children's cartoon but it's p good. I like the ones that play into the D&D/RPG influences of the show, and there was a one about trading card games that was pretty great too.

Some of the humor is a bit too over-the-top random for me, and the shipping fanbase makes me uncomfortable, but overall the show always puts a smile on my face.

Never. Well, a handful on TBS when scrolling through but it wasn't something I really searched out to purchase or stream off of a website before netflix. I was 6 when it started so it wasn't like it was something that would have entertained me from the beginning. Really enjoying it now but don't regret not watching it until now just because I doubt I would have enjoyed it as much previously.

I'm really bad about starting too many shows on Netflix.

I'm currently watching Friends because I'm home alone and bored.

I've been watching every episode of South Park having done with Season 18, just because.

I've never out and out finished a season and thought "that was a weak season" after Season 2 of the show but looking through the list of episodes coming up, I can definitely see where the quality drops. I think around Season 13/14 there's a dip.

That being said Season 18 was brilliant.

Anyone else watch Being Human (North American version)? It ended last year, but it ran for 4 seasons on Syfy. I've only watched the first 2. I really like it. Yeah, it's kind of like a supernatural soap opera. lol It's based on the British series of the same name if any of you have seen that one, but after season 1, it goes its own course.

I started that show Helix the other day. Used to see the commercials for it on Syfy and it always interested me. It's about a strange outbreak at an isolated research center in the middle of the arctic or some other snowy wasteland

Pretty enjoyable so far for what it is
