On the fields of Trenzalore, on the fall of the Eleventh,
When no living creature can speak falsely or fail to answer,
A question will be asked. A question
That must never ever be answered.
Doctor Who?

There are many problems in the world – economy crashes, natural disasters, but what if it could all be explained simply by terms of monsters and aliens. It seems all so childish to hide behind such tales, but what if they were true, and what if it was all being stopped by one man, and one man only.

The Doctor.

Through space and time he travels, saving universe upon universe from inevitable doom, but more often than not – nobody even remembers he was there. He’s travelled to Trenzalore and back, defeated countless creatures, spirits, monsters, humans with simply his wits, but even some men go bad.
Even the greatest fall, and with nothing but a simple memory of the man he used to be, there is nothing left but to take out the rest of the threats against humanity, no matter the cost. When faced with the question: kill, or be killed? What must a good man do?

Welcome to Doctor Who Mafia: Beyond the Fields.

I’ve spent more than a few weeks scouring mafia sites and so forth for bizarre and unusual roles to mix among some common ones to create a game that not only gives a few more questions to the players (beyond the, ‘oh he must be that’) and match the theme of a wacky science fiction show that I love.

I know more than a few of you have watched the show, but it by no means makes you needing to have watched the show in order to play – it’s only an added bonus to those who have, though to those who haven’t, I highly suggest it, start with the ninth Doctor, go for it.

All the roles will be assigned with Doctor Who characters, and the flavours will be geared towards the show as well, though as always, it’ll be more towards our members and what’s happening within the game. With the 50th anniversary having just concluded, I figured this would be a fun style to do it in, and I hope you guys enjoy it as well!

I’m hoping to start Friday/Saturday, it all depends on how fast we get the sign ups done (this is me telling everyone to sign up now and we can all have tons of fun.)

Sign up below brethren.

Fuck Doctor Who. Doctor Who is fucking gay. I don't understand how you faggot yanks can watch this shit. I mean I'm British and I find Doctor Who to be UNBEARABLY British to the point I can't watch it. It's like a parody of Britishness using stereotypes from a hundred years ago. I bet you all think we wear bowler hats and carry umbrellas and eat fish 'n chips for our tea. Fuck you I'm not playing.

Rejoice all.
