I'm bad with this type of stuff but admittedly I do heavily rely on them to improve myself. I had Noom last year and was doing great with it, lost a good amount of weight and was very disciplined with calorie tracking everything. Then I skipped a day and never went back to it. Also use a workout app called Hevy which I'm very good about using when I DO workout but I haven't been going to the gym at all since starting my new job so it's starting to collect dust too. None of these are cutesy fun, just information logging really. |

I've been slowly increasing the numbers on some of my different goals. Like the default Plank for x Seconds, I'll either increase x or I'll set it so I have to do that three times a day
I have one for posting on FE three times a day (: . And drink x glasses of water a day. But as time goes on I'm slowly increasing all those numbers. Finding it pretty helpful | |

Also getting a lot of use out of it now that my first season of yard work has begun. So much to do, but using this to force myself outside to do small things here and there most days instead of just binging all the work on the weekends has been helpful | |

I do wish there was at least oooone more ‘game’ aspect to it. Like every day you finish an adventure you should be able to put a point towards your Birb or Micropet or something. Like build up their traits somehow, idk | |
