Here’s a link where you can enter your zip code to see time to view. Apparently Texas, Ohio, Arkansas are among best places to view. In my area it should only show partial eclipse, weather permitting. | |

I was sleeping during it (:
Don't think the view in Utah is ever GREAT for it anyway. And it's cloudy. |

For once Ohio managed to not be overcast! I honestly wasn't really expecting to see anything but it was kind of cool to watch. | A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart. |

bit late but i actually traveled to see it. Went to Lake Oneida in upstate New York to try to see totality and the corona because I never have before. Unfortunately I still haven't because it clouded over really heavily right as things were reaching the peak and the weather was miserable the whole VERY LONG drive back
The darkness of Totality was still really cool though, the way the light shifted and the way the horizons were all still bright across the lake was super cool, and you could see the totality zone shift as it moved along past us. | d ( i n o s r o a ) r
