Def, but that rule still makes sense to me, kinda feels like the best of both worlds? Game doesn’t end if a day ends at 50%, but if a new day STARTS at 50% then sorry town, game over | |

Wouldn’t a 50/50 game to start a day almost always end the day 50/50 and tied? If so, and you’d play out the night in that case, why not play out the day? | | |

Wouldn’t a 50/50 game to start a day almost always end the day 50/50 and tied? If so, and you’d play out the night in that case, why not play out the day? |
It’s just…boring? And like I said earlier, it just becomes taunty and feels bad for the four townies who either know they already lost or have no idea it’s already game over | |

I like the Nothing Prevents It clause the best. The idea is that the Mafia wants to Kill everyone else in the game, and once things are at 50% that's usually a done deal, but certain mechanics can make that not as foregone
If not Nothing Prevents It though i prefer Mafia to have a voting majority, so >50% |
IMO it should be "Mafia has 50% or nothing can prevent it" depending on the roles that are left. You have to account for the possibilities if you have a vig/rb/redirector, etc etc left.
FE Mafia is not basic. It's essentially "role madness" and the roles make a difference. | | |
