Greetings, friends

I have a lot off trouble with time and keeping track of it. I feel like every year Christmas just kinda sneaks up on me, and then it happens, and then it's gone. New Years too. And then its right back into the boring humdrum of the normal season. It sucks!

So this year, I think I want to try to go out of my way to do more holiday nonsense. I'm gonna make a separate thread for finding christmas (or other winter holiday) movies and specials, but this one is for other traditions

SO, FE:

What are you celebrating?

What are some traditions you like this time of year?

What are some traditions you've always wanted to try but never did?

What are some traditions you HATE?

My Christmas is all out of whack this year. It’s the first one since my mom sold the house and moved down south, she’s coming back up here for it but now for the first time there’s no usual Christmas Eve/day at home. Gonna feel weird!

But usually it’s a standard affair. Christmas at home and then a big ole family party, my mom is one of seven so there’s a lot of us. We always do a Yankee swap
