Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' first episode is out and it is actually really good. If you watched Discovery or Picard and thought it was a dumpster fire and you missed episodic Star Trek, it's back! It's wild to me how wrong they've went with Discovery and Picard in terms of focusing so heavily on season long arcs at the expense of good episodes.

I loved season 2 of Picard (the finale is on tonight). But I dropped Discovery near the start of the newest season.
I just finished DS9 today. It was quite an adventure. I don't know if I want to start another Trek series so soon. But eventually I'll probably check this one out.
