General

--You may role-claim, but NO CHARACTER CLAIMING or hinting at your character of any kind. This includes trying to hint/guess at another player's character. Zero tolerance policy!

--Do not copy/paste or direct quote anything I have sent to you in PMs or by any other means. Summarizing/rephrasing is fine.

--Do not edit posts.

--Do not talk/post about the game outside of the game forum unless your role allows you to before or after you die.

--Do not like/dislike posts after you die (outside of opening/ending flavor/reveals, etc or if something is REALLY funny!).

--Play to your win condition even if you don't like your role! Roles are completely randomized and you can still be effective in the game no matter your role.

--Be respectful of other players. No personal attacks. Try to keep game conversations about game.




Game Setup

--Each Day/Night phase will last approximately 24 hours with a 9pm start time, if possible. All times are Eastern Standard Time!

--Vote to lynch using ##Lynch [Player Name]. Un-lynching is not required if you are switching your vote, but can be helpful toward an accurate vote count. You may also choose to ##No Lynch. Feel free to inform me if you feel your vote was not counted correctly.

--Plurality is in effect unless otherwise stated.

--In the event of a tie, the thread will be locked then re-opened after an accurate vote tally is posted. We will then go into "sudden death." The first person to lynch one of the players who are locked in the tie, or the first person to unlynch one of them, will break the tie. (If more than two people are tied for the most votes, this may require more than one person to "lynch" or "unlynch.") If votes are still tied after 60 minutes, the day will result in no lynch and we will move on to the night phase.

--Certain information may not be provided to players with active roles. For example, if your role is impeded by any means, you will not be told "you were role-blocked" or "your action was re-directed to X" etc (these are just examples and not meant to be an indication of the roles in play). You will either be given pertinent information as it relates to your role or told your action was unsuccessful.

--Flavor is flavor. It is meant for fun and not necessarily indicative of roles in play.
