Right now I am reading a book about the English Civil War. It can be very boring at times.

I have the new lemony snicket book to read... I enjoyed all of a series of unfortunate events and I hope this one is just as good.

I'm also reading Bakuman in graphic novel format, technically that's a book right? (:

That used to be my favourite thing ever.

I think I got up to book 9 or something, and never got around to buying the next one.

I'm not reading anything right now, but I did buy some books recently at a booksale and the Lemony Snicket: The Unauthorized Autobiography was one of them.

I have been reading the Game of Thrones series forever. Will eventually finish reading them. Also currently working on The Great Gatsby and Divergent. Just started Divergent the other day and am hooked on that one. I'll probably read that series pretty quickly over the next week or so, depending how fast I can find the third book.

I made the mistake of buying book 1 in paperback which means I'll have to rebuy it so I can have the series in hardcover.

Thank you for the book thread :)

A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart.

Why not just have one as paperback rest as hardcover? ;)

You already know the answer to that :P lol I had a moment of weakness at the last warehouse sale and bought 7 or 8 paperbacks.

Bumping...looking for suggestions :) What's everyone currently reading?

Finished Divergent and Insurgent, waiting on Allegiant to ship next week but will wait to read that one on vacation. Also just downloaded Hitchhiker's set yesterday to read then as well.

Excellent choice. One of my all time favourites. Fourth and Fifth book lose it a bit but the first three are golden. The universe as painted by Douglas Adams is so wonderful.

I read a short blurb about one of George RR Martin's non-ASOIAF book, "Fevre Dream" and it sounded interesting - has anyone read it by chance? Vampires and riverboats, sounded like an interesting mix.
