I think it's just in case everyone wants to host at same time. Better safe with a sometimes unnecessary queue than sorry for not having one when needed. >.>

People get popped on the queue as they request. As games come to an end, I harass folks through PM to see if they are ready. When lots of folks above aren't ready to go, then someone way down the list ends up jumping the queue. I literally have some PM trails which are multiple instances of me saying "How bout now?"

Vlady never harassed me. :(
But I think I would only be able to host mine in June/July anyway. <.<

Oh, I actually could try a setup to host after Helios.

If Vlad (or the 4 kind of inactive people in front of me) won't host a game next, I would like to host mine while I'm still sane enough to do so. =]
