I agreed with Spin about the Helios tradition of voting the third voter. It gives no information to look back on, no matter how Helios or the third voter eventually flip. I only agreed with Helios' stance on the no-lynch yesterday. Hopefully Rose will have more time for us today, and brings any leftover birthday cake.

Helios is generally against no lynches by policy, so it's something he's always going to complain about. I'd argue it came off as a bit of an ARGUMENT CRUTCH yesterday, where we had a mechanic introduced to us that made a no lynch more useful

There's no information from a flip. Already today, we have had discussion about 1) a shock that Ahoda flipped Town, 2) concern that I seemed to be a psuedo-countertrain (with 2 votes, lol), and 3) a discussion about if Nav's scumlist is legit, or if the actual scum are using it to frame someone (specifically, Buffy). None of this would've been possible if we went with a NL, which would've almost certainly led to none of this happening. So yeah, I'm staunchly anti-NL. As for my D1 vote...I'd like someone to tell me why voting for NL would've been better than the vote I did end up casting. actually even a no lynch would allow us to discuss Nav's list as his death was not contingent on being lynched. Would we have even gotten his list if we went straight for the NL? His first list showed up about 3 hours before deadline, his final list 12 minutes before deadline.

We can still discuss things without all automatically going for the no lynch. Voting no lynch doesn't negate the day. It's a viable option thats open for debate and usually not worth it unless the circumstances call for it. It's not a get out of day free card

Helios was p defensive today, but not in a way that actually helped him. He didn't really look for alternative targets, just talked about him being a bad target. Feels like scumhelios
