if so, then yeah i'd agree that it's possible wikey's gf. |
You're right. The kill won't go through if the person sent to do the killing is blocked. That would make more sense, I feel like most of our games have 3 per night on average [mafia, sk, vig]. Not to meta too hard

Short (lul) analysis of things that happened concerning people that we know!
Day begins
- im317 lynches Greenday (Joak lynch tho) (1/12 Greenday)
- Curtis points out that Greenday has not yet posted
- Vic throws another vote on Greenday the next morning (2/12 Greenday)
- Curtis jumps the Greenday lynch train (Although going by his list more than jumping a train) (3/12 Greenday)
- Patrick joins the Greenday train, pointing out that he read the thread and left (4/12 Greenday)
- Shawn joins train "until words are spoken" (5/12 Greenday)
- Cash Money boards train based on Greenday being on earlier and not speaking (6/12 Greenday)
- Curtis points out that Greenday is viewing the thread
- Greenday apologizes and lynches Tony for the same reason he is currently being lynched
Take note here that Greenday has casted serious suspicion on Tony which could have very likely lead to Tony's lynching if not for the large sway onto Malion to "give Tony a chance". On Day 1, it is unlikely scum is going to cast suspicion onto their own who is also already under hot water. I would say this paints Tony a supremely positive light.
We must also imagine that the scum board at this point could very well be plotting ways to get Greenday out of trouble and for that reason, Greenday could have popped on and saw them throwing Tony's name around and voted him, possibly jumping a train they already started. So let's recap every mention of Tony before we get back to the current timeline.
- Curtis points out that Tony has not yet posted
- I lynch Tony (To explain, at this point I was trying to vote for someone different to spread votes around to different people. Trains at this point are utterly stupid as if they get too big at a certain point, it'll prove impossible to move to another target if that person does come on. Long explanations in parenthesis are annoying, sorry)
- Vernon very quickly jumps on a Tony vote because he doesn't know who he is
- Cash Money lets everyone know that he's here and lynches Tony, also because he doesn't know who he is
- Nofo defends Tony because he's a new player
- Cash Money quickly unlynches Tony and lynches Greenday upon discovering Greenday was lurking earlier
- Greenday apologizes and lynches Tony, etc etc. Back to our current timeline. Now to continue taking note of all Tony and Greenday mentions.
- Curtis unboards Greenday train and lynches brother Mal
- Vic unboards Greenday's train and joins in lynching Tony
- I unlynch Tony (Didn't like the trian that was forming from my random vote at all)
- Cash Money unlynches and does not cast a new vote
- Boc strongly defends Tony to give him a chance and votes Vernon
- Angi claims that she thought Tony was a made-up person we were lynching to be silly
- At this point, Tony and Mal are the only two to not post
- Patrick unlynches Greenday, no new vote
- im317 unlynches his joak Greenday vote and says "it's time to get serious" by lynching Mal
- Shawn unlynches Greenday, no new vote
- Drrr points out Tony's arrival on the board
- Mal returns and says he spaced on the game and lynches Tony cause he doesn't want to die. Only im and Ari presently have votes on him at this point.
- Drr lynches Tony for reading his PMs but never coming to the thread (something I pointed out earlier, tbf)
- Herm mocks Greenday for only coming on to ensure he wasn't lynched for inactivity
- Shawn hops Tony's train for failing to post in the thead
- Angi lynches Greenday
- JJ mocks Greenday's earlier post and defends Tony for being a new guy
- Boc reaffirms scummy vibes from Vernon
- Tony comes back to the board, everyone rejoices his return but Nofo lynches him anyway
- Tony posts and asks to not be lynched -.-
- 1 hour left, Tony has 8 votes on him at this point
At this point, the train begins on Mal, which to me is a bit odd considering Mal posted before Tony. But I guess that might come down to people wanting to give Tony the benefit of the doubt. I really don't feel like reading through Vernon's scum vibe sheananigans from the end of last phase again so I'll just leave Mal's train alone for now. Although it'd be entirely safe to assume scum boarded it, at that point Greenday was in the clear so I don't think it was a huge priority for them to get ol Malion out.
A couple of things stink here.
- im317's joak lynch on Greenday, being quiet the rest of the time and then suddenly going "It's time to get serious" and lynching Mal for really no serious reason
- The train on Tony after I voted him was incredibly odd and fishy to me, even more so now that Greenday had votes on him at this point, so Vernon and Cash look strange here. Though Cash did unlynch him after Nofo defended him and hopped the Greenday train.
- Vernon in general really. |
tl;dr

Different hosts do the blocking differently it seems. When Curtis and I host we do it as blocking the GF = blocking the kill, since it's the GF's action

Agree with a lot of KC's post!
317, Vernon, and Cash are the most suspicious to me right now. In that order

Is this something Dylan could spell out for us? Or is it something that's generally left up to our assumptions?

Going to look bad that I'm jumping on board, but those 3 are on my top 5 list from Day 1.
Yes...for the first time in 2 years and however many games, I am taking notes, reading everything, and actually trying.

A likely story. I tend to believe Boc's answer more.

The way Herm and JJ acted towards Greenday stand out to me after the results of first night.
The little comments towards Greenday after he showed up seemed a bit contrived in order to jokingly seem distant.
