This means the Blue potion given to Amanda Z is nulled. Erik Eric Monica and Sierra are in danger from the Blue potions. From the Green, Ronnie is in danger from receiving 2 greens. Everyone else is immune. Seems like a lack of communication as a lot of people who got Green also got Blue!

Thus the only players vulnerable are:

Eric Ronnie Monica Sierra and Erik, Eric and Ronnie cannot vote.
