He lies to everyone including his allies and expects them to still blindly follow him?? The first thing I did after results was try to run damage control with Erik and Sundra. With Erik it seemed to work, but with Sundra... yeah I can't be sure yet. I think she is just genuinely sick of being left out of things and feels kind of alone in the game which makes me feel shitty but I couldn't risk her knowing about the plan. Hopefully she'll come around.
I've offered Erik an endgame deal and I'm waiting for his response. To be honest I would have preferred Amanda by quite a margin cos I have an affinity for #badbitches and her rep is hot (good reasoning right) but she's not giving me shit right now and I don't want to waste my time trying to draw blood out of a stone when Erik is way more receptive and talks to me like non-stop when we're both around. Her loss I guess?
I've also finally talked game kind of with Mike and he's feeling super frustrated by like everyone in the game. He said no one seems willing to talk game with him and that when they do they're super shady about it. He also said that "everyone pisses him off" and that it's making him feel like he doesn't even want to play which is shitty, so I'm gonna try harder to talk to him more and keep him in the loop. I think the last straw for him was he was like discussing the fact that Yul thought Eric had multiple idols with Heather (who he likes/liked and seemed to trust), and then Heather went straight to Eric and told him that Mike was spreading that he had 2+ idols which ugh. He seems to be having a kind of shit run of things which I get because people aren't really giving me a chance either. OH WELL. Things are definitely looking up after last round!

SOMETHING INTERESTING: Ronnie asked me for the 1 candy and said it was to "get someone an idol so they could save themselves". LOL we deserved to lose that. I'm not gonna lie, I go into creative challenges expecting the bare minimum from the participants thanks to past experience. I barely contributed to ours because nothing happened last night and then I was sleeping/in class until like 1 hour before the deadline.
I don't wanna get ahead of myself but I THINK I should be safe at this TC (unless an idol magically pops up and I get fucked by it). The issue is figuring out who to target... I think we have Jeremiah on our side now for sure so we do have a majority here (providing Monica doesn't self vote lol). This means our options are as follows:
Erik - Would rather not shut down my information channel when it's only just opened. I'm gonna throw everything into avoiding this. Sundra - This seems like the "easy out" game wise (she's kind of a MOR player with only loose allegiances and also has a vote nullifier that I would rather not see used against me), but I'm just not here for it emotionally. She's nice as fuck, has never lied to me and puts a metric fuckton of effort into challenges, and I think I can make an ally out of her yet. Michelle - My only concern with this is that Erik named her as his closest ally (besides ME lmao), and if I let her go this round he might lose trust in me or faith in my ability to influence the vote. Him having both of those things is necessary for our "thing" to work.
I considered kind of just letting Monica go, but it's too much of a risk. It would put Eric and I at an OSTENSIBLE 4 - 2 disadvantage on this tribe, made even worse by Sundra's nullifier. I think that Erik would have my back and I'd hope Jeremiah would too, but of course it's easier to go along with the obvious majority, so I wouldn't be surprised if they just took that route.
I'm also super duper suspicious that Eric really might have another idol or at least know where another is. Mike just keeps going on about it and I've noticed that lately when I bring up pinata/idol stuff with Eric he sidesteps it. I think I just kind of fell into this zone of comfort where I assumed Eric was just telling me everything about this game, but this isn't TSG. He's actually playing to win this, and I feel like he would definitely lie to allies if he felt it was necessary. It's hard because I don't want to be his vote doubler or his goat, but I feel like I almost owe him because in a way that's what he was for me in TSG. I know it's a totally separate game and the circumstances were completely different, but still. I don't know, I don't think I can rely on him to be completely open with me, so I need to start making even more effort with other people.
