RULES & FAQ

Hello! Thank you for reading this passage. Unlike Bitchin Survivor 1, our sequel season will consist of a set of rules that all contestants must follow. These rules contribute to the game's goal of being an enjoyable and authentic "Survivor" experience. Should you have any questions regarding the rules of the game, it's best that you contact a host either via E-mail or Discord. Contact information for the hosts are as follow.

Discord: JPJP#3891
Email: b1tchinsurvivor@gmail.com

Below is a list of rules that you must follow should you be casted in Bitchin Survivor 2. Breaking the rules below could result in a suspension from the game.

Game Rules

1) Treat all individuals involved in this game with respect and courtesy. Please refrain from using slurs or threatening bodily harm to your colleagues and hosts.
2) Do not accuse hosts or game viewers of "rigging" or helping a cast member win. All twists and events are pre-planned & proof can be provided of this, if necessary.
3) In an effort to authenticate the Survivor experience, we are not allowing the use of "Screen-shots". If a screen-shot, fake or authentic, is used to further your status in the game (for example, showing a screen-shot of a contestant discussing the vote) you will be ejected from the season. Screen-shots for challenges or confessionals are allowed. Copy-and-pasting quotes are also allowed, but keep in mind that these can be easily faked.
4) All deadlines will be posted in the EST timezone. If you reside in a different timezone, please remember this and try to plan accordingly.
5) Once eliminated from the game, you are not allowed to talk to contestants that are still in the game. Similarly, members of the jury cannot communicate with members of the pre-jury.
6) Be active! If you do not cast a vote at two tribal councils, you may be ejected from the game. Similarly, if you don't sign onto the board to compete in challenges, you may be ejected from the game. If you anticipate being inactive for a few days, please let a host know and leave a voting list to prevent yourself from not voting.
7) Do not reveal your actual name or identity. If you think you know someone's identity, keep the guess to yourself.
8) Unless otherwise stated, you are not allowed to contact members of the opposing tribe.
9) The hosts reserve the right to make any changes to the rules as the game is running. Should a change occur, we will make an announcement and all contestants will be aware. We will not make any changes to the rules unless a drastic event takes place.

Perfect! Now that the "rules" are out of the way, below are a list of FAQs that will help you get in the Bitchin mood. Please be careful to read these and follow them for the best Bitchin experience.

Alias FAQs

1) Bitchin Survivor is an "alias" experience, which means that your actual identity is hidden to the rest of the cast. This means that you are no longer held back by your reputation or past relationships, and all contestants are on an equal playing field. This also means no voice or video calls.
2) Lying about your identity to the cast is encouraged. You will find yourself in situations where you're unintentionally revealing personal information by talking about your day. This is fine and a part of the game, however don't forget to utilize your anonymity as your strength. Occasionally lying about where you're from or who is in your family is recommended to remain alias, but we don't want you to completely detach from the social Survivor experience. Finding a middle ground is key, and our hosts would love to assist you in any way we can!
3) Be as dramatic or tame with your alias as you'd like.
4) If you are new to alias orgs and have any further questions, we recommend contacting a host to address any concerns.

Challenge FAQs
1) Bitchin Survivor will consist of live, partially live, and non-live challenges. Here is a link to last seasons challenges. Bitchin Survivor 2 will include some past challenges and some new ones. If a challenge is "live", the hosts will make sure everyone can be present for it.
2) We will not be using flash games for our challenges. We will attempt to make more unique challenges for you to take part in.
3) Some challenges may require a member of the tribe to have an image editor available. This includes apps like MSPaint, Photoshop, among others. Image editors are not required, but may be useful in certain challenges.
4) Any time you must take a screen shot for a challenge, please remember to upload it only in your confessional and no where else. Most times we ask for screen shots, we will also ask that you include your Slack/Discord in the picture. We do this to verify that it's you who competed in the challenge, and not someone else from the tribe trying to do it for you.
5) If you have any further questions, we recommend contacting a host via email to address any concerns.

Miscellaneous FAQs
1) A good way to learn the game is to observe our previous season. You can do so Here.
2) We use Slack as a means for our contestants to communicate amongst one another. We do this so that contestants don't have to log into or create separate Discord accounts. If you'd like to learn more about Slack, we will release information on how to use slack should you be accepted into the game.
3) Confessionals here are loved! We hope to have a dedicated viewers lounge that dissects and observes your gameplay. Remember to post often to stay relevent!
