In the living room of the FTC House, Grandpa Rudy watches as his wife Susan and generations of his offspring open presents around him. Matty smiles, about to steal Rob's really neat-looking box. Jaclyn consoles Rob, who is disappointed he has to spend another holiday with drunk grandma Sue. Kelly looks vaguely pissed off about something. The adopted Sekou attempts to inform the family of HIS holiday traditions. There are a couple unwanted guests, too.
Over in the kitchen, older brother Jonas is attempting to teach Caleb, Rupert, and Stacy how to cook sushi, but they started cooking holiday cookies instead out of resentment. Caleb and Rupert trade raisins. Rupert smile as he takes more raisins than Caleb wanted him to, stashing them in his beard. Stacy chows down on a freshly baked cookie, hair flying everywhere. JP looks vapid and disinterested as he tampers with the aluminum Christmas tree. Perhaps he feels he isn't a true part of the family, only being an alt-juror.
Later that night at Pre-Ponderosa, the prejury are doing ritualistic hand holding before chowing down on Christmas dinner. PW Erik is also there, he is homeless so he got invited to the feast. At the head of the table, Kathy is possessed by Krampus, the demonic Christmas companion to St. Nick. No one seems to notice, except for Erik, whose mouth is agape as he wonders if anyone else is seeing this. To Kathy's left is Stephen, who has been acting like a tyrant all Christmas. He demanded to have the largest serving of Christmas feast bird, which netted him a whole turkey. Now, he is threatening and screeching at Aaron who sits across the table. Stephen wants to know why Aaron threw him under the bus, but Aaron is deaf and can't hear him. He looks in utter confusion. Next to Stephen is Crystal, who is deeply pondering what it would be like if she made jury. Surely Christmas would be less chaotic. Next comes Jefra, who is having a pretty intense staring contest with Drew. It started a couple hours ago and has continued since. Drew is taunting her to blink, and Jefra wants to, but loser has to give the winner all of their Christmas presents they got from Santa Cox. Finally, Michael is attempting to have a conversation with Burton at the dinner table, something that is strictly forbidden in Burton's religion of Scientology. Burton looks strangely at Mike, wondering why he is putting him through a moral dilemma.
At sunset on Christmas day, Amanda and Kass walk on the empty beach. It's peaceful out, the only sounds heard are the waves and wild toucans squawking. They've been building up their relationship ever since they've both flaked. They've been dating for two months since then, and little does Amanda know, Kass will propose to her later that night. Of course, Amanda will say no, as they've only dated for two months. But such is life for Kass McQuillan.
Now that we know what all happened today, let's get to the best part about christmas. The presents!
