This is my thread
(Since Tesimal didn't make one)
I confirmed that I have been interpreting my results correctly, so any mapping mistakes are on your end.

My map connects back to where we expect, so I do not think there is error. Do you confirm you get no mistakes in results? | |

I will post my results so far, and I will post the rules outlined for me about how my results are given, and you can see for yourself.
Even with confirmation, it still causes me a bit of a headache.
5 minutes, I will post them. | |

Here are my results phase by phase so far:
Phase 2: (B-3523)
2 Grid Squares North
Phase 3: (B-1365)
1 Floors Up
2 Grid Squares North
1 Grid Squares East
Phase 4: (B-2937)
1 Floors Up
4 Grid Squares North
Phase 5: (B-4218)
2 Grid Squares North
2 Grid Squares West
Phase 6: (A-9812)
1 Floors Up
2 Grid Squares North
------------------------------
So, essentially, the map is split up into grid squares, and I am told how many squares away the nearest player is from the one I am currently standing in. In elongated rooms, the measurement is made from the grid square nearest to the exit you just entered from.
Keeping these rules in consideration, it makes my phase 2 result...difficult. I have operated under the assumption that we entered from the northern side of 3523, meaning I believe the result for that phase to have been measured from the square closest to the locked door. But maybe that assumption is wrong.
I would appreciate if someone could give a go at interpreting my results with their map. Maybe you will get a different result. | |

------------------------------
A-9182 connects to B-4210
B-1635 connects to C-3904 and A-????
B-4829 connects to C-6517
D-9231 connects to E-2813
------------------------------
This is what this unit has put together with the various maps shared by Kit Kat. I still believe there was an empty room separating our's and Percy's starting points, but keeping it in or removing it, I can not reconcile the Phase 2 results that you have. It's entirely possible I shifted something or hobbled the maps of floors above Level B together incorrectly however. | |

Hobbled the maps? This unit meant cobbled. This unit does not endorse re-enacting scenes from Misery on defenseless maps. | |

((Maybe in phase 2 we do not "come" from any exit, or the "exit" we come from no longer exist. So the measurement is from the middle of the room, at the elbow joint of the L room. This will explain Phase 2?)) | |

I think if that was the case it would clear up everything. | |
